I feel like with the national media attention that Vicksburg has been getting this week that it's only fitting that I document current events with a few photos. Here are a couple of photos showing current flooding (and we're still six days away from the cresting stage) and also a picture that I located today in our historic files here at work from the 1927 Flood. We have others from the '27 Flood...but this was my favorite. Look real closely at the sign out in front of the store...
