This Little Piggy Went to Market

Addison was learning the letter "P" at school this past week, so I decided to make these cute piglet cupcakes to help the kids remember their "p" sound. The recipe called for regular cupcakes, but since the kids just lick the icing off anyway and leave the cake part...I decided to make piglets instead, aka mini cupcakes. Addison was really excited about them, yet she informed me as I was making the green icing that pigs don't lay in the grass that they roll in the mud. Well, excuse me!! Next time, I'll have to make brown icing instead. Sure that will be most appetizing! :)
