Can't believe summer is over already. It just seems to get shorter each year. Addison moved upstairs at First Pres to the pre-k floor and it's starting to sink in with me that next year she'll be going to real kindergarten. What?? When did this happen? Landry is in the two-year-old class and we're slowly trying to potty train and I do mean slowly. It's been a job just to get him not to be scared of the potty, but we're making progress. We spent the last couple of weeks before school started attending our cousin Laiken's birthday party, the Leist family reunion, and a fish fry with Colin's fantasy football leaguers. We're now gearing up for Addison's birthday. She's having a tea party and is super excited about dressing up with her little friends. It will be cute to see them all dressed up sipping tea. Oh, to be a little girl again!
