Santa Makes a House Call

Since we didn't get to see Santa last Saturday at Northpark, Santa made a special house call last night to see Addison and Laiken. The girls were so excited and kept looking out the front door "watching for Santa." However, once Santa arrived and they caught a glimpse of that big guy through the front door, they both started crying and reaching for me and Nana. Santa tried to bribe them with candy, but they had made up their minds that they didn't want anything to do with that scary man with the white beard. They just kept pointing and crying. I have to admit it was pretty dang funny! Even though I don't have any official photos of Addison on Santa's lap, here are a few pics of the girls waiting for Santa and a few in front of the Christmas tree. Although, it took us a while to calm Laiken down after Santa's visit, so she wasn't in a picture-taking mood.
