"I can see everything up here!"
Shew! We had a busy Saturday. It started off with Kate's birthday party at the Art Park. Addison had a blast playing in the fountains. Thanks, Kate! Hope you had a great birthday. After the party, we changed Addison into dry clothes in the car and headed to Hermanville to visit with Colin's grandparents. Addison is obsessed with horses and other animals these days, so Colin walked her out to the pasture and let her pet Big Fred. Addison had a great time once again and wore out all of us adults. On our way back from H-ville, we stopped by my mom and dad's to say good-bye to cousin Zach who has been living with my parents for the past three years. He left this morning headed to Texas to live with his mom. We'll sure miss him! Addison and Colin went swimming at my uncle's house with Zach and Abby for a couple hours before dark and then we stayed at my mom and dad's for a yummy roast dinner and to visit with everyone as they came to say good-bye to Zach. I finally got Addison in the bed around 9 (which is past her bedtime) and Colin and I both crashed. I still can't believe we did all of that with a newborn in tow. It is definitely interesting trying to pack the car for each outing. We are exhausted today and have been enjoying a low-key day at home to refresh. Hope you enjoy the pics from our day.
