We had a lovely Christmas morning even though Colin and I were a bit groggy because Santa kept us up way too late the night before. :) We woke up at 6:15 and were joined by Colin's parents, his Uncle Toby and Pawpaw Wilson. We were sure the kids would be up a few moments later, but much to our surprise...they slept and slept. So, we just let them sleep while we chatted, made hot chocolate, and gave my parents and brother a chance to arrive. Finally, at 7:20, we heard Addison crying in her bed saying, "Santa didn't bring me any presents." We had warned her the night before not to get out of her bed like she normally does or Santa wouldn't leave her presents. We told her that we would come get her in the morning, but since we never came to get her...she assumed Santa didn't come. HA! Poor thing! It didn't take her long to find out otherwise. Hope everyone had a Merry Christmas. Here's to a wonderful New Year!

Santa brought her presents and a HUGE family who loves her enough to be there to watch her open them. What a sweet Christmas morning!
So cute! We told Sam the same thing and he woke up saying "I need out of my room please."
