Tumble Bug

Addison trying to coax her cousin Laiken into joining the class. Laiken was less than thrilled about this new adventure at first.

"Come on, Laiken! It's fun!"

Grinning ear to ear

Watching Mrs. Cherry and Miss Becca give instruction.

Addison had her first night of gymnastics last night and loved it! That's all she talked about during the car ride home and even woke up this morning asking if it was time to go back. She seemed very comfortable with everything and naturally, wasn't afraid to climb, jump or do somersaults. I asked her what her favorite part was and she said, "the bawance beam." Of course...the highest and scariest thing! She told me next time she was going to walk across the high beam without anyone holding her hand. I was so proud of her and let her pick where she wanted to go eat dinner afterwards. She chose Cracker Barrel, so we enjoyed some mother/daughter time together and then headed home to tell Daddy all about her new adventures. She was grinning ear to ear the whole time she told him about it. We're looking forward to a fabulous year of tumbling fun!
