Perfect Day for the Zoo

Today was an absolutely gorgeous day to play outside. After my event at work this morning, Abby, Colin, Addison and I headed to eat lunch in Clinton and then spent the afternoon at the zoo. This was Addison's first trip to the zoo and she was so excited. She loved seeing the monkeys, elephants, bears and some of the other larger animals. Addison liked waving to the animals and would try to say each animal's name after we would tell her what it was. It was so cute. Of course, she also loved having Abby around. After the zoo, we met up with Nana to help her pick out countertops and some other things for their new house. By the time we got home tonight and after having been on my feet almost all day, my feet and ankles were so swollen. I may have to take it easy the next few days. Here are a few pics from our day.
